Why it exists. In skin medicine, quality is hard to see. Two clinics can look identical from the outside and deliver very different care. SkinAxi Certified makes quality visible — so patients can choose with confidence, and the clinics and clinicians who do excellent work are recognised for it. 

How certification works 

  1. Assessment — A structured, evidence-based review of the clinic or clinician against the SkinAxi standard. 
  2. The SkinAxi Score — A clear, comparable measure of quality across the areas that matter. 
  3. Certification — Those who meet the standard earn certification and the right to display the SkinAxi Certified mark. 
  4. Ongoing review — Certification is maintained, not awarded once. We re-assess to keep the mark meaningful.
